How to Schedule Your Deer Drop-Off
Select any available 10-minute time within our drop-off windows:
Morning Window: 8:00–11:00 AM
Evening Window: 5:00–6:00 PM
You may arrive anytime during your chosen window.
One appointment = one deer.
If you have more than one deer, book multiple back-to-back appointments.
Pay the $25 non-refundable deposit. It applies to your final bill.
Complete the intake form with harvest info and processing preferences.
At drop-off, the butcher will review your deer, estimate trim yield, and help decide how many pounds you want of each specialty sausage or smoked item.
Final charges (per-pound items + Standard Cut) are completed at pickup.
