How to Schedule Your Deer Drop-Off

  1. Select any available 10-minute time within our drop-off windows:

    • Morning Window: 8:00–11:00 AM

    • Evening Window: 5:00–6:00 PM

    • You may arrive anytime during your chosen window.

  2. One appointment = one deer.

    • If you have more than one deer, book multiple back-to-back appointments.

  3. Pay the $25 non-refundable deposit. It applies to your final bill.

  4. Complete the intake form with harvest info and processing preferences.

At drop-off, the butcher will review your deer, estimate trim yield, and help decide how many pounds you want of each specialty sausage or smoked item.

Final charges (per-pound items + Standard Cut) are completed at pickup.
